"I See You" is a gentle, spacious 8–10 minute ritual that guides two people through eye-gazing, breath, and emotional presence. You'll sit in balanced bodies, close your eyes to drop inward, and then slowly open into soft, relaxed eye contact. Through alternating guidance and silence, you're invited to allow whatever arises — warmth, tenderness, awkwardness, or emotion — without needing to perform or fix anything. The journey closes with a short verbal sharing to integrate the experience.
