"The Daily Check-In" is a simple 5–7 minute ritual designed to help partners stay emotionally connected through brief daily sharing. Each person takes a moment to speak about how they are right now — not about the relationship, but their inner landscape today — while the other listens quietly. There's no fixing, no debate, and no problem‑solving. After each 2‑minute share, the speaker gets a small buffer to complete any last thoughts, followed by a gentle acknowledgment. The ritual closes with a shared breath and a brief reflection.
